Several names familiar to me in your SWART family & their Loudoun Co.
records, though I haven't know nothing about the Swart family. Charles
PULLEN, believed to be from NJ, wrote will Loudoun Co. 1796, pro 1797.
Among his children were Mary SWART, Catherine RITAKER (she m Amasa
Ritaker 25 Mar 1796 Loudoun), Peggy SKINNER (she m Isaac Skinner ca
1793). Isaac Skinner was s/o Richard Alexander Skinner from NJ & Adaline
Van DeVenter, d/o Isaac VAN DEVENTER, formerly of Bucks Co., PA, where
he lived on TOHICON Creek 1764. Adaline's sister Margaret m Nicholas
WYCKOFF; in 1769, they lived with Richard SKINNER in Loudoun, before her
father Isaac Van Deventer also came to Loudoun. Note that Nicholas
Wyckoff, Richard Skinner, John Riticor were appraisers or witnesses for
SWART records.

Do you think Jacobus/James, bapt 1759, might be husband of Mary Pullen?
