The children of Jessie BURSON and Martha Ann BROWN, married 3/25/1804 in
Loudoun County VA, were:
1. Isaac Abraham
2. Reuben
3. Joseph Richard
4. Edith Gibson
5. Mary Jane
6. Sarah Elizabeth
7. Lydia Ann
8. David Shelton
9. George Washington Sr.
10. Susan Ruth

Martha Burson (ex-Brown) was disowned 1/1805 (but acknowledged) for marrying
out of unity (Fairfax MM). For more info see Charles Marsteller's "BURSON

Jesse and Martha were cousins. Both are buried in Flatbush Cemetery, Kalamazoo
County, MI. Jesse's twin sister Hester "Kittie" also married a cousin,
Aaron Burson [it's complicated!] who are also buried in Flatbush.
