Janean,

Loudoun Co Marriage Bonds by Jewell is one of four marriage books
covering the pre-1850 period. This book is still in publication and
under copyright, so it will not be posted online. But all four books
are listed on the volunteer lookup page on the USGENWEB Loudoun Co site.

Your Chinn/Wilson marriage is not listed in any of the Loudoun Co
marriage books.
