There is an in-house computerized index to marriages in Shenandoah County.
It was compiled by a volunteer, whom I "think" is named Mrs. Painter. She
will access information for you, but only in person, or through a regular
letter of request addressed to the county library, which might be in
Edinburg, rather than Woodstock, I don't remember
