Thanks for the reply. The ten list limit makes it very, very flustrating
when people moved through more than one state and various counties.
So far as I know the only surnames I have to research in Lunenburg County,
Virginia, are the James Reynolds and any connections with the Malones. The
man who did the Malone book got back to the 1600's and early 1700's where
there are very few surviving records or none were made at all.

Dear Halifax and Lunenburg List Members,
I have learned about a new "qurk" in the rootsweb.com system program this
morning. I tried to post the same query (see below) to too many lists at
the
same time and it bounced back to me as being reviewed by the list
administrator/s. Maybe if I had put the other lists under blind copy (BCC)
that would have worked? Some of our ancestors migrated through a lot of
counties and states during their lifetimes either walking, or if they were
fortunate, in wagons with oxen, mules, or maybe a riding horse.
Rootsweb limits you to ten rootsweb addresses per email. I have found this
particularly frustrating when unsubscribing when I go on vacation. The
reason of course is to prevent spam./bulk mailing
I don't really have a problem with it from that point of view. That's
the
reason though.
It's a good thing to know. The BCC wouldn't have helped.
