I have some info on the UTZ family and the CRIGLER family, but not the Crow family. Have you checked on the Blanenbaker notes on the Germana page?

There is mention of a James Crow getting 400 acres atounrd 1795 that was a portion of the 42,700 acres which belonged to Col. James Barbour which included all the land between the Conway River and the Hughes River in both Madison and Culpeper counties.

There is also a mention of James W. Crow from the Robinson River Church about 1823. Several members including Crow withdrew from the church to establish a new church near the town of Madison. Simeon Utz was included in that group that withdrew.

There is also a mention of a William Crow on the first Superior Court grand jury in 1809.
