Radford is an independent city. Correct?
It sits along the New River on one side?
On that side of the river, if it is not in Radford City then a place,
street, whatever would be in Montgomery Co., is this correct.

I am just trying to make sure part of Giles or Pulaski co is not on the
Radford side of that river. The north or east or northeastern side.
Where the rr tracks , etc are. after you cross over the Rt 11 bridge
going north into Radford from Dublin.
