Hello, Wow, I love a good challenge. Here is our strategy.

1] Go back as far as you know and name me an ancestor. We'll see if they had any VA land
grants or patents.

2] We will see if these grants describe the watershed on which they lived.

3] We'll see if the grants/patents listed any neighbors. We'll look into their grants
and maybe, just maybe, we'll locate your folks "old home place."
