Have you found anything about these manuscripts? I'm looking for the same documents. I saw on a Childers family site that a guide to the manuscripts could be obtained from the Wisconsin Historical Society, but there's no information on their site. I've emailed to ask. However, I've also found that tthe manuscripts may be available on microfilm at local LDS Family History Centers. The website where I found that information is http://www.rootsweb.com/~usgenweb/sc/scmss/draper/sloan_notes.html. You should be able to search online for the nearest LDS history center.
