Do you know the father of Sarah William Brown?
There is a reference for a Brown, but no children given-- also no specific date given.
from page 111, discusssing the home, "Vermont:" . . . Thomas Williams, who married Catherine Venable Redd, later lived here. . . . Their children were: Elizabeth Bouldin, who married Colonel William Scott Guy; Martha Alice, who married Upton E. Brown . . . continues with listing of other children.
Capt. Richard Jones moved away from Vermont in 1839. Thomas Williams "later" lived here.
No further references for Upton Brown
