Hi Ann,
This has been pointed out to me and the fact that their site says 2002.

I am sorry, I thought perhaps some people did not know. I had not seen the
date mentioned on the list before.

So now we need to get in touch with the census bureau to see exactly
whether it is 2001 or 2002 as VGS and NARA seem to differ on the year of
release.
