The Archive on line from the Va. Beach library (With a library card) goes
from 1990 to current.

At the Central library in Va. Beach they have all the years on film for the
local paper. I have to go this week They are closing on the 16th for a
month(renovations). I don't mind doing a lookup for you at all.
