GATE CITY, Va. — Mildred Seaver Ferbrache, 88, formerly of Gate City,
departed this life Thursday afternoon (Sept. 28, 2000) at Wexford House in
Kingsport.

A native of Scott County, Va., she was a daughter of the late A.P. and Ella
Counts Seaver. She was a graduate of Shoemaker High School and retired from
the Scott County Health Department.

Mrs. Ferbrache was a member of Gate City United Methodist Church.

Surviving are her husband, Lawrence Ferbrache, Gate City, Va.; and a son,
Jon Ferbrache, Gate City, Va.

Graveside services will be conducted at 11 a.m. today in Holston View
Cemetery with the Rev. Dale Wyrick officiating.

Family and friends will meet at the cemetery at 10:45 a.m. for the service.

Scott County Funeral Home, Weber City, Va., is in charge of the
arrangements.
