Subject: [VASTAFFO-L] George Tiller b 1785; vs George Tiller died 1831

hi listers: I am attempting to connect a George Tiller b ca 1785 (presumably
in Spots Co, Va to the George Tiller whom is listed as having deceased in
Stafford Co below. The property we believe this family owned may have bordered
three counties, Spots, Stafford and Caroline counties. I would like to know if
this is a father son duo or if indeed he is related at all. Should anyone
have any clues I would appreciate knowing about them and will be happy to share
any additional Tiller information you might have.

Also if anyone has ever heard of where Mt. Zion is that would be a huge
bonus!

VIRGINIA HERALD, May 21, 1831
  Yesterday morning, the 20th instant, at Mount Zion, Stafford county, after
a short illness, Mr. George Tiller {died}, in the ....year of his age.....leavi
ng a large circle of relatives and friends to mourn their irreparable loss.

   Married on the 25th at Mount Zion, Stafford county, by the Rev. Dr.
Dorsey, Mr. Coleman Brown of King-George, to Miss Sarah W., daughter of Mr. George
Tiller.
These notices were from the Lib. of VA newspaper colleciton.
