Hello List. My first post and I am wondering if Virginia Beach would be included on this list. ALSO does anyone know the county Va. Beach is in? I am trying to find a family, cousin's of mine.

I don't know when or if the other children went to school in Va. ? or if they were born there. I am trying to locate this family, have some photographs that they might like to have copies of. Trying also to find if a Carrie Toler , Fail then a Archer marrige if she is buried in Virginia Beach. Her first husband was Sidney Fail . They owned a Donut place on 17th st. in Virginia Beach ( from ? 1930's on ) , and my dad as a young man worked for them.
