Tina,

I have a great grandfather, Alfred Oscar Martineau who was born in Quebec
and then moved to Rutland Vermont where he married and had 4 children the
eldest of them, Harold Oscar Martineau Jr.. I cannot find any information
about him or his family in Canada. To my knowledge we have always been
Catholic ( still are) and O thought that maybe you might have some
information about a martineau in those parish records of yours.
