Estate of Julia A. Eddy of Clarendon; final account of administrator
returned and allowed.
Estate of William H. Flint of Brandon; appraisers' report returned and
accepted.
Estate of Lucian J. Archer of Danby; commissioners' report returned and
accepted ; application by administrator to settle final account ;
hearing February 20, 10 a.m.
Estate of Edson H. Dunton of this city; will filed by Harvey R.
Kingsley, the custodian thereof.
Estate of Oscar Potter of this city; appraisers' report returned and
accepted ; commissioners' report returned and accepted.
Estate of Samuel K. Burbank of Pittsford ; will presented for probate
and allowance ; hearing February 20, 10 a.m.
Estate of E. O. Whipple of Danby ; upon hearing, the petition of Frank
E. Whipple for appointment of trustee denied.
Estate of Margaret P. Farrell of this city ; James E. Creed appointed
administrator ; E. C. Johnson and Thomas Brohan appointed appraisers and
commissioners.
Estate of Michael A. Kelley of this city ; Margaret M. Kelley of this
city appointed administratrix ; James F. Fagan and James Fitzsimmons
appointed appraisers and commissioners.
Estate of John S. Grandy of this city ; final account of administratrix
returned and allowed and residue decreed.
Case of George H. Harris of Denver, Col.; trust estate under the will of
Howard Harris ; late of Wallingford, deceased ; Fred A. Field appointed
trustee, to succeed E. H. Phelps, deceased.
Case of Marjorie A. and Carroll S. Holmes of this city ; inventory of
guardian returned and accepted.
