Looking for any information on Deacon Charles J Davis and his wife Ruth N Lord of Vermont and later Wisconsin. Charles was born 1823/24 in Vermont and died May 20, 1906 in Burnett Corners , Wisconsin. His wife Ruth Lord was born in Massachusetts in 1825/1827. They had at least three children a daughter that died early, another daughter, Ellen M Davis who married Austin Butler; and a son Charles H Davis that married a Mary (brn NY).
Any information on Charles J's parents and area of born as well as parents of Ruth N. appreciated.
