Hello all,
I have been researching the following family for awhile now. I just
recently discovered that America VIA's father was James VIA and her mother
was a JONES. However, there seems to be quite a few James VIA's in or near
Patrick Co., Virginia at or around that time. Please resond if you see a
connection.

Marshall E. WAID was born in 1811 in Franklin Co., VA. Died in 1861 in
Franklin Co., VA.

He married America H. Jones VIA on 19 Dec 1841 in Patrick Co., VA. America
H. Jones VIA was born in 1822 in Patrick Co., VA. Died in 1902 in
Sydnorsville, Franklin Co., VA.
