Judy, In a letter my parents wrote to Harold Via,
Mother had his name as Patrick(Pate)Via. I think that
Theron Via also called him Hiram Patrick, Theron is
the grandson on James Rudolph Via, a brother to Hiram
Patrick. I'm also sure that Mom and Dad got their
info from Burl Tandy Via the father of Theron. I know
this is not proof, but is where I got the info. I just
found 2 deeds in Augusta Co. Court House, 1 I can read
and it has H. Pate Via. However it is not signed. The
other I can't read. I will try to see if I can get a
better copy Wed. Helen
