Hi,

I am new to the list and am hoping for a connection.

My gggrandfather, James Gray married Susan Vinson, Sept. 20, 1864, in
Cairo, Illinois.

According to the marriage license, she was born in TN and her father's name
was Ira.

I find an Ira Vinson that served in the civil war but I don't know for
certain that this is the same Ira that is Susan's father.
