Subject: [VIRUS] FREE Add-On for Windows ClipBoard

I have used ClipMate for several years and just could not get along without
it. Of course, I had to pay to get the registered version, but here is one
that is FREEWARE (supported by ads). I haven't tried it, but thought some of
you might be interested.
Basically, what such a utility does is allow you to save an unlimited number of
"clips" and easily access them to paste the wanted one into an
application. You know, when you hit CTRL+C, OR Click Edit:Copy in the Menu
Bar, you copy whatever you have highlighted into the Windows ClipBoard;
however, Windows allows only one clip at a time to be placed there for later
pasting. That is a bummer! So what anyone working with HTML, Mailing Lists,
Web Sites, etc., needs is a Clip manager that allows saving multiple
clips. Below is a notification I received today about a new utility.
(NOTE: DID YOU KNOW THAT YOU CAN SAVE WHAT YOU SEE ON YOUR MONITOR TO A "CLIP"
FILE? AND IF YOU ARE USING CLIP-MATE OR SOME OTHER MULTIPLE-CLIP PROGRAM, YOU
CAN SAVE MULTIPLE SCREENS. AND, WITHOUT ANY 2ND PARTY PROGRAM OR
UTILITY!!!!! Just hit the "PrtScn" key on your keyboard. That saves your
present screen to the ClipBoard.)

CLIP COLLECTOR
Even after years of Windows releases, revisions, and
service packs, the standard Clipboard is still limited to
storing a single item at a time. Overcome this frustrating
oversight with Clipboard Pile, a versatile utility that
lets you capture collections of text or images and retrieve
them with ease. Items can be edited, saved, printed,
dragged, or copied in the usual manner, and the Power
Pasting feature enables you to transfer multiple items to a
destination file quickly. Commonly used file formats are
marked with colorful icons, and images are stored as
thumbnails for easy identification. Other features include
support for URLs and the ability to search across all of
the clip collections. This freeware version is supported by
advertisements.
