Sounds like Magistr to me. That file name is probably some
type of file on the infected computer and the virus/worm
stole the name. Probably someone else can tell you what that
file is, but it doesn't matter as it is not normal to receive it as
an email attachment.
Try checking the Symantec site under the name Magistr and
see if the details match.
