OOPs ,,, modified Procedure C:

Procedure C:
1. Go to: Tools / Options / Read tab / Fonts button ,,,, in the large upper window, switch from "Western" to "Universal
Alphabet" ,,,, set "Encoding:" to "Unicode (UTF-8)" ,,, change all the other windows to a setting other than what you have
already tried. ,,,, click on the "Set as Default" button ,,, OK all the way out ,,, shut down OE and restart ,,, Test OE
for the problem.
