Hello Bert,

Yes you do. This is an extremely large update which can be downloaded
if you have Broadband or Cable. However there are many of us who only
use a dial up modem and it would be impossible to download. I think for
most people the CD is the better option due to the time involved for
dowloading this.

If you go to the microsoft update website you will see this. You may
wish to download this yourself.

Kind Regards
Paula

Subject: [VIRUS] Microsoft SP-2

For the last two years since I bought my computer new, I have been
getting
all the Microsoft updates and installing them as they come out. Do I
even need
to install SP-2?

PS: My buddy who works at Staples told me that the store has just got
in the
Norton 2005 Anti-Virus. I haven't been able to get any more virus
definitions from Symantec since July even though my subscription is good
until December
31, 2004. Norton no longer supports the Norton 2002 Anti-Virus that
came
installed at the factory. They had no business conning me into renewing
on-line
for a product they no longer support. It almost makes you want ditch
them for
another company!
