Subject: about:blank and Spyware Doctor

Our computer is infected with the about:blank spyware. Early in the month I subscribed to Spyware Doctor from PC Tools. I ran it and the program found several infections including about:blank, which it removed. However I still have an about:blank infection which the program does not recognize. I went to the product support group using the website link, and followed the procedure they sent me. It did not find anything. The procedure instructed me to return a removal.log file it was supposed to generate, but I cannot find this file. I have emailed their product support, and later sent a msg to the webmaster, but I get no response.

I have two questions:

How do I get rid of this infection.

Is this a company that is engaging in consumer fraud by not supporting its product. I spent $40.00 for their product.
