I think your next search should be in the Orwell town records. I don't know if they are extant but I presume so. If so, they would have been microfilmed by the LDS and available for viewing after ordering at the nearest LDS research library. Or you might telephone the Orwell town clerk and see if any help is there. Clerks don't do research but might point you to someone or possibly could tell you if there is a record or not.
