Stephen Martel born abt 1846 in St. Eustache, Canada died 18January1892
Burlington, Chittenden, VT
wife: Angelina Darche born abt May 1847 Caucably, Quebec, Canada death

children:
1) Ernest Martel born 1868
2) Anastasia Martel born 23April1870 m. Francis Cushing (my
line)
3) Arthur Martel born 1872 m. Susina ? child: Arthur Martel
4) Edward Martel born 1874 m. Anna Theirren child: Harold Martel

5) ? Martel (male) 1880
6) ? Martel (female) 1881
7) ? Martel (female) 1882
8) ? Martel (male) 1884
9) Bell Martel 1885
10) ? Martel (female) 1888
I believe one of these children was a grocer, Arthur?. There is
reference to Ernestine Martell in records with Arthur. The sons owned
land around Intervale Ave., Archibald Street, St. Louis St. and Elmwood
Ave. Names mentioned as Grantors in an October 1943 quit claim by
Ernestine Martell are Madeleine M., Celise N., Arthur E. and Raymond G.
Martell.
