Hello,
I'm looking for info on the Laflin (Laughlin, Laflen, Loflin, Lafflin)
name.Many changes in spelling, from 1699. Most of my family came from
Vermont, Fairfax, Milton, Jericho, Georgia., and before that was Union CT.,
and even Massachusetts.
I am related to Barber, Wilder, Blake, Ryan, Austin, Brush, Terrill, Davis,
Bentley,Pitts, Robinson, Hogerney (Hogony), Wilkins, Blaisdell,Pease,
Kennedy(Kannady), Bishop, Chapin, Fairchild-Metcalf,Smith, Maxfield,Kemp,
Stannard, and Bellows....all in Vermont. In Connecticut...Ward, Merriam,
Webber, Bartholomew, Carpenter, Burley(Burleigh), Walker and Alexander. Most
of them emigrated to VT. I have 12 generations...siblings and wives and
husbands...traipsing off in every direction..... I have Wyman (Wymant) thru
1400...a relative thru the Carpenters who are related to the famous Mr.
Billington who was hung...(from the ship Mayflower) and many other
