Dear List,
I wrote asking for help for a friend of mine with a reverse surname,
Dusharoon/Disharoon and received about 5 replies.
As most of you wrote to me personally your answers, The question and
the Thank you was sent to the list. The replies did not reach the list
and as I result I had a list member write telling me the error of my
ways in showing "Bad Etiquette." As I no way intended to cause a
problem nor did I intentionally leave anyone out I would appreciate in
the future "If" I ask for help, that all replies be sent through the
list. In case anyone else might be interested, I received about 5
responses and each one said they thought the name Disharoon/Dusharoon
was probably a dit name derived from De Charron. If I offended anyone,
I apologise. But, like me, if those that became offended and were
interested had asked, I am sure they also would have received the help
as I did.
