WALLINGFORD, Vt.

June 20--Word was received here of the death at his home in Orlando,
Fla., on June 17 of George H. Holden, 87, a native of this town. He was
born here April 7, 1849.
He is survived by his wife, Harriet Miller Holden of Orlando, Fla., a
son, Col. G.J. Holden, and two grandchildren of Burlington, Vt. and a
sister, Mrs. Ida Cobb of West Rutland, Vt.
Funeral services were held at the home of Col. Holden today. Burial was
in Burlington, Vt.
