Rutland Herald

MICHAEL PENDERS has returned from Providence, R. I. and is with his parents
on Pleasant street.

There will be a meeting of the division No. 1, A.O.H.
(my note, Ancient Order of Hibernians) in the hall on Marble street tomorrow
afternoon at 2:30 o'clock. At a recent meeting of the division the
following officers were elected for one year: President, P.H. PATTEN;
vice-president H. M. SHANAHAN; recording secretary, F.A. MULLANEY;
financial secretary J.H. RYAN; treasurer, R. DWYER; standing committee,
EDWARD BURNS, MICHAEL MULCAHY, JAMES KINNEY, H.P. MULLIN and JOHN PHALEN;
finance and auditing committee, W. B. MCLAUGHLIN, E.R. MONAHAN and WILLIAM
J. RICE, sick committee, PATRICK CASSIDY, JOSEPH CARTER, MICHAEL CROWLEY,
F.W. GILLIGAN, and JOHN MCPHILOMY; library committee, J.R. MACHUGH, P.F.
