L. A. TERRY, one of the popular draymen, has been sick for several days but
his many friends will be glad to learn that he is improving.

Miss Margaret LINDEMAN successfully represented the POST last night at the
masquerade, being attired in the first edition of our city paper.

W. H. COFFIN, of Tacoma, Grand Patriarch of the I. O. O. F. Encampment of
this state, was present at the meeting of the local encampment, Thursday
evening, and a splendid meeting is reported. Two candidates were initiated.

Mrs. ROFFLER is erecting a new residence near the new Baptist church, and
Ullrich ROFFLER will soon begin the erection of a home in the same vicinity.
A house is being built near the railroad for a residence for the section
foreman. The WILLIAMS brothers will build a house near the old ball grounds
at once. And as soon as weather conditions will permit work will be started
on a dozen or more other buildings.

The Fraternal Brotherhood of LaCamas recently elected the following officers:
