Hello. Do you have any information on Fern Crain? My name is Dale Jones,
I live in Eltopia, & am researching the early townspeople and the history
of the house I live in. Eltopia was platted in 1902 & I believe Fern Crain
first owned the lots my house is built on. The house was built by Darby
(his first name escapes me at the moment) about 1909. I am not sure if
Fern Crain had the house built, or if he had sold the lots and a Mr.Brennaman
(he was the town banker) built the house. My father, who is no longer living
bought the house in 1950 from the Phends. I am trying to restore this house,
and would like ANY information I could get. Thanks, Dale Jones

P.S. My dad knew all the people listed in your quiry, I wish he was around
so I could be of some help to you.
