Looking for any information about, or ancestors of, J. Crittenden Martin, son of John and Nancy Owen Martin. He was born about 1859 in Wapello County, Iowa and came to Washington Territory with his family after the Civil War. His siblings names were Monroe, Samuel, William, Clay, Serilda, Ada, and Rosa. There may have been more. John Martin was the son of James and Rebecca Martin of Ohio. Nancy was the daughter of Samuel and Margaret Chance Owen, last living in Wapello County, Iowa, but formerly of Clay County, Indiana. The last information I have about J. Crittenden Martin is a homestead patent issued in 1892 in Grant County, Washington. Can anyone help me find this family?
