I am looking for information on a Compton family that lived in or near Hoquiam, WA. around the 1930's - 1940's. My great grandmother Ruth Anna Cadwallader Tovrea was buried there in 1937 beside her grandson that was still born in 1932. There are only a few graves in the cemetery, most are apprently unreadable. One that is readable states that George W Yount died 1936 and is buried there. Does anyone know who this Compton family is or who George Yount is? I am curious as to why my great grandmother and her grandson were buried there. There is no family connection that I have found so far.
