Maybe I should add that Bill (Taffy) Lloyd was born in Wales, and as far as I know returned there after being demobbed around 1946 (as I was); that's why I did the listing in the Wales site, thinking he probably still lives in that country. He never mentioned any desire to go abroad - I think he had enough being in Canada for three years. So hopefully someone will know of his whereabouts.
