Hello,

I am stuck with tracing my Great Uncle who was born 1856 Monkton, (probably
St Twynnells) Pembrokeshire. He was there in 1871 and in 1881 at 109 Lots
Road, London (Fulham/Chelsea).

Gt. Uncle Joseph appears to have followed his older brother John Duggan
RICHARDS (my grandfather) to be his Best Man in 1878. None of my relatives
has any knowledge of his whereabouts after the 1881 census.

Has anyone got any connection with him? I would be very glad for any help
before it's too late!!
