I have Matthew (b. 1672) and Sarah Alexander as having 4 children: Ann, Joseph (or Joseph James?), James and Ezekiel. My chart also has Matthew married to a Johanna prior to his marriage to Sarah. Regarding James; that is my line. My info has him in two marriages: (1) Jean or Jane Baird, (2) Amelia Bradner. I have 2 children from the first marriage, Elizabeth and Jean. From the second marriage were 7 children, Rachel, Mary, Sarah, Joseph, John and William. My line comes down from Joseph, who married Mary Meek and settled in Sumner Co. Tn. One of their 12 children was Joseph Bradner Wallace, my ggg-grandfather. Notice the middle name is Bradner, which is what I have as Matthew Wallace's wife, Amelia's last name. That's why I believe the name Bender, previously mentioned is incorrect. I have a transcription of the James Wallace and photocopies of family bible info from Joseph Wallace (Jame's son); however I have no other evidence. I've come across several family page!

It lists a James Alexander rather than William Alexander, but it appears to referring to the same Matthew Wallace. It gives the descendents of Jane Wallace.
