I think it's very important for list members to remember that many people
receive this list in Digest form instead of by individual messages.

The last person that posted the spam again was a Digest reader and would not
at that time yet received the next Digest with the message from the List
Owner.

Members, including the listowner, need to realize this and not come down
quite so hard on these people.
