Hello. I am English born (Stratford-upon- Avon) I arrived in the US March 1946
at the age of 9 months, aboard the Queen Mary, as you can see by the dates I my self am in my mid fifties. Mother and I left Coventry, the last day of February, went to Tidworth camp, from there to the U.S. President Tyler, there was a problem with that ship, we were then taken to a hotel in Bournmouth, what one I do not know, from there we went on to the Queen Mary, and sailed to the New York arriving about the 16th of march. Is there any way I can find the passenger lists for the sailing, or The names of the women that went to Tidworth at that time. Mother cannot remember the dates correctly. Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you
Janet Hasty (nee Bowman)
