Hello,

I am a student at the University of Texas at San Antonio. I am currently writing a paper about the American experiences of German war brides from WWII. I am in desperate need of oral histories, either from the brides themselves or their husbands. If you have any information on where I might be able to find these types of resources I would greatly appreciate it. Or if anyone is willing to do a telephone interview I would be very willing to do that as well.

I have taken an interest in this topic because my grandmother is a German war bride. I am a history student and feel this area of American history has been neglected for too long. Any help that you might be able to provide would be greatly appreciated.
