Hi, the film is called From Romance to Reality: The War Brides, and it is
broadcast on Canada's History Television (as opposed to the US History
Channel). I don't know if it will ever appear in the US. It can be purchased
through the History Channel website however. I wish I was paid royalties
everytime it appeared on TV! ha ha...

Hazel: it was so touch just reading your thoughts about the broadcast. It
would have been wonderful to have watched it but here in the U.S.A. we had
not
heard anything about it.. so disappointing!
Memories of today, the Armistice Day of WWI,and the day of rembrance
ceremonies in England, all through my childhood and teen years, will be very
much in
my mind.. so many people to think about and so many heartaches and sadnesses
to
be remnded of, yet a rich tapestry in all of people and places we have
loved..and will remember forever.
Best wishes to all- and if anyone can tell us how we can tune inn to future
WW2 Brides broadcast we shall be so appreciative. Jean C.
