Who do you contact to see if a person is eligible? My mother worked for
the London County Electric Supply before she married my father in 1946.
She worked there for about 5 or 6 years.
Thank you
Diana

She likely would. My mother inquired because she worked in England,
before coming to Canada as a warbride for, for about five years.
However, the authorities in England told her she did not qualify because
two of the four years were an apprenticeship and not full employment.
My advise is to apply because many women who worked in England before
coming to Canada did qualify.
