Greetings from San Antonio, Texas!

The World War II War Brides Association is having its annual reunion in San
Antonio, RIGHT NOW!
There are about 170 war brides and family members in attendance.
Since this newspaper article came out on Monday, we have gained 8 new
members:

We have members from 11 different countries at our reunion.
We also have several Canadian war brides with us.
We are so happy that they could make that long journey down to the middle of
Texas.

At our business meeting on Thursday evening, Bev Tosh was made an honorary
member
of the WWII War Brides Association. Bev has painted some of our members
(American war brides)
and added them to her war brides collection of paintings and, now, we have
added her to our
organization. Welcome, Bev!

If you'd like to plan ahead, we will be having our 2007 Reunion in Chicago.

The dates have not yet been decided.

Two and a half more days to go! Don't you wish you were here?
