Looking for additional information on Hugh Warren and families of
Virginia (County unknown). Rev. war records and family records give the
following information reference these Warrens: Hugh b 05 Jan, 1764 in
Virginia m Elizabeth ? William Warren, born October, 1761 Virginia m Rhoda
circa 1774, Greenville, SC, and James born 2 June, 1749, Virginia m Barbara
Miller born circa 1753. Father to these Warren brothers was Hugh Warren
(Sr.) m Sarah ?, served in Rev. War with son Hugh (Jr.). Hugh is believed
to be from the John Warren line of Warrens of Rappahannock, Virginia. Hugh
Jr. All Warren brothers settled for extended periods in Green county,
Kentucky.
