Subject: Edwin Smith & Henry Tonks Families

We are researching Edwin Smith, a railway guard from Birmingham, & Henry
Tonks, a bedstead maker by profession. Henry is thought to have been born
about 1865-1868 & he died before his son's, James Albert Tonks', marriage to
Ellen Elizabeth Smith, daughter of Edwin "Ted" Smith, in 1888. Edwin Smith
is thought to have been born about 1865-1870. James Albert Tonks was living
at 98 Wilton Street, Aston, Birmingham in 1911. We have no other information
on either Edwin or Henry, & no information on their ancestors.
