Hi List,

I have just joined this list in hopes of helping my friend who is 97 years
old.

She would like to find her brothers and sisters before she
leaves this world.

Her name is Mabel Lillian DOWS nee FAULDING b. 1902 at 18 Brangham St U.D.
Sub-district of Aston Manor, Birmingham.

Mabel was the eldest child of Basil Fredrick FAULDING b 1879 in London and
Milly Mabel nee MOORE. Basil was in the 30th Battallion Imperial ? a yeoman
serving in the Boer War/1st World War. He diedin 1955. His last known
address was 58 Dyas Ave Great Barr, Birmingham.

Basil and Milly Mabel FAULDING children were:-
Mabel Lillian b 1902, England.
Edna Grace b 1904, England possibly married Mr. Hamilton.
Gordon Edwin Fredrick. b 1905 England
Katherine Mary b 1906,England
Douglas Clifford b 1908 England
Irene Margaret b 1911. England

Mabel came to Australia when she was aged 20. Her parents seperated when
she was 15 years old and her father remarried to Florence Ellen ?.

I know that Mabel would be very very pleased to contact any of her relatives
or their descendants.
Hoping someone might be able to help in my task as time is running out for
Mabel.
