I am looking for information on Asaph (Asa) Putnam of Bethel and Cambridge,
Vermont who served in the War of 1812 and probably saw action around
Plattsburgh, NY. He married Elizabeth Gallup after the war and they had 10
children. One of the Children was Alvin/Alvah who married Martha Call who
was at least part Abinaki Indian.
