Can anyone give me advice on finding the identity of an informant listed on
a 1916 Washington death certificate. The informant was listed as "R. A.
DesMarais of Anacortes, Wa." The obituary in a Seattle newspaper didn't
give names of any of the survivors. The obituary said the decedent was a
resident of Seattle. The initials do not fit any of the known daughters.
The decedent did have a son but was listed as "Male" on his birth
certificate in Minnesota so this could be the son or daughter-in-law.
